Phil also provided great counsel in that he guided me and told me when it was time to take the settlement, rather than me spend more money and not get anymore in settlement. Therefore I found Phil to be honest and trustworthy. I was so impressed with Phil, his work that he performed on my behalf, and his overall personality that I took him to lunch to say “thank you” for that service. Phil was very good about learning my motivations for filing a lawsuit against a former employee and learning the professional relationships and nuances of my industry. His patience came in handy when I would frequently contact him with ideas of various approaches to our case.
